Refunds & Returns
Due to pandemic conditions, diseases and viruses we have changed our refund / return policy to protect our customers and employees.
Each of our creations are custom handcrafted items made specifically for our clientele.
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning merchandise.
- RDrox™ must be contacted within 3 (three) days of the delivery to the recipients address to arrange a return.
- Items(s) must be postmarked and shipped back within 7 (seven) days of delivery. This does not include transit time.
- All items must be returned with original labels, tags and enclosed packaging.
- RDrox™ reserves the right to charge the full amount of the order if the item(s) appear worn, damaged or not in "new" like condition upon return.
- By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Shipping
- RDrox™ uses real time shipping rates. Shipping rates are provided during the checkout process.
- RDrox™ assumes no responsibility for orders that are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.
- RDrox™ is not responsible for orders once they leave our warehouse.
- RDrox™ is not responsible for delays caused by weather or the shipping carrier.
